Bar cutting grinding wheel refers to a cutting wheel whose outer ring belt is abrasive working layer and the center part is high strength and high rigidity metal material.
The maximum outer diameter of grinding wheel is 500 mm; thickness is 0.3-4.0 mm. The abrasive working layer is thicker than the matrix thickness, which is convenient for chip removal and cooling, and can ensure the technological requirements of the cutting edge of the grinding wheel after cutting the bar. It can be used for cutting quartz, cemented carbide, die steel and other bars.

3. Identify the types of materials: e.g. tungsten steel/die steel/bearing steel/cermets, etc.

5. Machine cooling mode: Please provide the brand of processing machine and cooling mode (water-cooled/oil-cooled/dry/wet grinding)
